A large number of Asians have been able to work Mike,K9AJ/VY0 at
1040-1300z on 14040.
Since it was a polar path, the signal was not so strong but readable.
Will send a QSL request with a CD-R including a WAV file of his signal to due course.
I worked K9PPY/VY0 on 10MHz at the same time frame, too.
